Brand-new & airy room, a lounge and under-floor heating in there. The staff was very very helpful and the bed was spacious.

Lovely staff, gorgeous and beautiful room with drinks, large bathroom, for instance. Awesome location of the hotel on the bridges. And so close to shops and historic sites, the Quayside next to restaurants, and Aveika, a restaurant and bar/nightclub.  

Fantastic staff, free wake up service and ironing. Great and awesome location just close to Newcastle Cathedral.

Excellent services were available. Its location very close to Historic England was absolutely perfect.

Wonderful staff and unbeatable location so close to the Naltic art gallery, all the nightlife / shops and the quayside surrounded by pubs and restaurants whilst within walking distance of shops and historic sites. Gorgeous beautiful rooms, nice bathroom, 

This hotel was an ideal base for one night. The rooms were airy and mine was brand-new with large en suite bathroom, cutlery and fab bridge. A fridge and a freezer were very handy.

Neat & large room with very good facilities. Carbonated drinks at wine bar, friendly service.

This hotel is a wonderful base for a city break in Newcastle upon Tyne. The staff is being top-class. Plus, the location is excellent, minutes from High Level Bridge. There is a lovely restaurant for breakfast.  

Great way to end our christmas. Well-maintained and absolutely fabulous hotel with excellant stuff. Great location right next to the river, next door to Historic England. Based near to nightclub with outdoor area, trendy eateries and town 

The rooms are airy, with beautiful views, and the location is perfect in the centre of Newcastle.

The rooms were gorgeous and immaculate with smoke detectors for our safety. The staff were fantastic, as for 4-stars hotel. This accommodation was in the very central location close to everything. It was also not far from the train station,

I loved my modern room with a stylish bathroom and comfortable beds, all decorated with a contemporary touch, and the place was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the river.
